Alexandra Gillespie is Principal of the University of Toronto Mississauga, Vice-President of the University of Toronto, and Professor of English and Medieval Studies. Her research is concerned with medieval and early modern texts and books, especially the shift from manuscript to print; the global development of early book technologies; and digital and non-destructive scientific approaches to the study of premodern books. She is the author of Print Culture and the Medieval Author (2006) and editor of, among other projects, The Production of Books in England (with Daniel Wakelin, 2011) and The Unfinished Book (with Deidre Lynch, 2020) and many other books as well as scientific articles.

Alexander Grusha is Professor, Habilitated Doctor, independent researcher. His research interests are as follows: formation of written culture in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in the 13th – the first third of the 16th centuries, methods of publishing historical sources, publishing historical sources of the GDL period, palaeography, codicology, and book studies. He has prepared more than 140 scientific papers, including publications of three books of Lithuanian Metrica, and the following monographs: Канцылярыя Вялікага княства Літоўскага 40-х гадоў XV – першай паловы XVI ст. James Raven FBA, is a Life Fellow of Magdalene College, University of Cambridge, current President of the Bibliographical Society, Director of the Cambridge Project for the Book Trust, and Professor Emeritus of Modern History at the University of Essex. Sergejus Temčinas is Habilitated Doctor, Professor, Chief Researcher of The Institute of the Lithuanian Language. His research interests are Baltic and Slavonic historical word formation and etymology, Cyrillic (Old Church Slavonic and Ruthenian) written heritage in the Grand Duchy of Lithuanian, Old Church Slavonic language and textual studies. He prepared two books, more than 200 scientific articles, collective monographs, and textology works.

Ilja Lemeškinas is Habilitated Doctor of Philology at the Baltic Studies Center of the University of Prague, Chief Researcher of The Institute of the Lithuanian Language.
